Discipleship Plan

At CenterPoint Church, our discipleship plan is rooted in Jesus’ command to make disciples. Scripture calls us to this mission: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19–20) and “And the things you have heard me say… entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” (2 Timothy 2:2).

This intentional journey guides believers through four stages—Foundation, Formation, Fruitfulness, and Multiplication—helping them grow in their faith, walk by the Spirit, discover their calling, and disciple others. It is Christ-centered, Scripture-based, and designed to be lived out in real relationships.
