Heather graduated from Bogue Chitto Attendance Center in 2000. She then went on to graduate from Virginia College as a Certified Medical Assistant. Heather, the Center Manager at United Medical, has been employed there for 15 years.
She is married to Darron Deer and they have five children: Donovan, Gracie, Christopher, Kullyn, and Layla. When she is not carting Kullyn around to basketball games or helping Layla with her next beauty pageant, Heather enjoys traveling and spending time with their extended families.
Darron graduated from Bogue Chitto Attendance Center in 1999 and continued his education at Copiah Lincoln Community College where he earned his Culinary Arts degree in 2001. And when he isn’t on the road as a truck driver for the past 20 years, he loves to cook for his family.
Heather accepted the position as CenterPoint’s Children's Minister because she has a passion for all of our CP babies to have an opportunity to get to know Jesus! She would love for you to visit and allow your kiddos to experience what God has for them at CenterPoint!
