Victor Edward Verdin was born on February 8, 1988, in Houma, Louisiana. In September 2005, he answered the call to serve his country by joining the United States Armed Forces, where he honorably served and achieved the rank of E-5 Sergeant. During his military career, Victor completed two deployments in support of overseas operations in Iraq and Kuwait. As the second youngest of twelve children, he learned early the values of teamwork, responsibility, and servant leadership.
Victor is a devoted father to three children—Aiden (9), Carson (8), and Brayleigh (6)—and is actively involved in their lives, coaching his sons’ football team and serving as an assistant coach for their baseball teams. His passion for mentorship and guidance extends beyond the field and into his faith.
In 2024, Victor joined the church and quickly became an active and committed member of the congregation. Recognizing his dedication to service and leadership, he was ordained as a Deacon in September 2025. Victor remains committed to serving God, the church, and the community with faith, humility, and dedication.
