My name is Virginia Cole, and l am 56 years old. I have been married to my husband, Ricky, for 12 years, and God has blessed our family with three children, one bonus son, and twelve wonderful grandchildren.
In August of 2022, God led me to move to Brookhaven. Not long after, I began attending CenterPoint Church, where my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter were already members. From the very beginning, I knew this was where God wanted me planted. I became an active member and found joy in serving wherever I was needed.
In 2024, God opened the door for me to step into the nursery, and I quickly realized it was more than just a role-it was a calling. I began serving as the Nursery Coordinator in June 2024, and I absolutely love being with the children and pouring God's love into their lives.
That same year, in July 2024, God placed a burden on my heart for those behind bars. With His guidance, I helped start the Breaking Chain Outreach Jail Ministry. What began as a step of faith has continued to grow, and I now serve as the leader of that ministry. Watching God move in the jail has been a powerful reminder that no chain is too strong for Him to break. y. Watching God move in the jail has been a powerful reminder that no chain is too strong for Him to break.
Through every season, my love for Jesus and my family has only grown deeper. I am grateful for a church that feels like home and for the privilege of serving the Lord wherever He calls me. My prayer is to continue walking in obedience, loving others, and being used by God to bring hope, healing, and freedom to those who need it most.
